Celebration Snowballs
2/3 cup walnut pieces
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 cup unsweetened dried dark sweet cherries
½ cup dried baby bananas
1 ½ tsp gluten-free vanilla
½ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
Place the first five ingredients into a food processor and process on high until the ingredients are combined and a dough starts to form. It will look grainy but there will be a sheen from the walnut oil and the dough can be formed into 1 ½ inch balls that hold together. Roll all dough into the 1 ½ inch balls; then roll them in the shredded coconut.
