The Quince Quest Continues with Tunisian Lamb and Quince Stew from Chowhound in the crock pot now. I started this in the am and let it slow cook while at a mandatory training for work. When I walked in the door…. WOW! It smells so good. I added 3 peeled and cubed sweet potatoes (can’t leave a recipe alone) with the quince (which I peeled, cored and cubed) when I got home. I also added more (doubled it) tomato paste this am. Not following a recipe is a genetic affliction. All my sisters and my mother suffer from it too.
